A very nice place to stay in Surin

A large room with a big balcony, rather clean, great stylish bathroom Breakfast is very tasty: not a great variety, but all is fresh, fruits, eggs, pancakes, etc. Rather good coffee. Swimming pool was always empty, used it once Beach towels are available at the reception. Location is just opposite the beach, 5 minutes max. Recommend!

Very enjoyable stay.

Spacious apartment, very comfortable with a large balcony. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. Pools were clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Short walk to a lovely beach.

Amazing.

Amazing staff, great location for beach. Huge fridge for drinking water. Massive balcony and very spacious room. If you’re staying at Surin beach this is the place to stay. We moved into a more “luxurious” & expensive hotel down the road (pre booked), wish we had just booked this for the entire trip. If you’re planning to eat out, go to beach & use the hotel room as a base this is the place. If you’re looking to spend huge amounts of time at a resort with everything on site, look somewhere else. great location as massage parlour, mini mart, laundry service, beauty salon & restaurants 1 min walk away. Thank you to the staff for their amazing work & hospitality, little gem this place!

Wonderful

Fantastic staff, the rooms are big, clean and comfy. 3 min walk to the beach. Surin beach is also in my experience the best beach in Phuket

The location is great, one of the best near Surin beach, just 2 mins walk accross the street. The place is quiet, away from the noises of the restaurants and bars. The rooms are spacious, clean and the design is modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Building work going on next door and woke me in the mornings... hard bed mattress and although close to surin beach which is very quiet ... 10 mins walk from bang tao beach which has a lot more going on..

Quietness of the area.

Quietness of the area. Close to the beach. Staff is nice. Breakfast is acceptable, as I'm not very demanding. Swimming pools are pleasant.

Went out of water in the room twice in 5 days, while having a shower. Although they quickly solved it, but was annoying and couldn't really understand why would it happen. Bed mattress was quite hard.

Great value for money, close to beach and lovely pool.

The pool was lovely, nice sunbeds around the pool. Modern decor in the bedroom and bathroom - always very clean.

Construction going on next door meant that it was very noisy early in the morning with drilling, banging etc.

The hotel was central to all the local restaurants and bars and very close to the beach- perfect location. The decor of the hotel and rooms was great and very spacious rooms

Loved the decor in the room and location super close to the beach. Pool is lovely to chill by also

Quite a cheap stay and would be perfect if there were no construction next door

1) the bed is firm, which I like. 2) the rooms are very large. 3) the pools looks very nice (I didn't have time to try but I thought it looked bigger than the pictures. 4) staff was very friendly and gave me mosquito repellent spray really fast! 5) less than 5min away from beautiful surin beach.

1) the construction going on next door is very loud and starts before 8am on saturday and sunday. 2) the shower door is not that private, and we were in a twin room. depending on the placement of your beds it's likely you will see the other person on the toilet while you are watching TV on your bed LOL. So if you need to be very comfortable with that. 3) a lot of mosquito. but I guess that's most places in Phuket. 4) our electricity to the room was out for about 15min. 5) our air conditioner was leaking a little down the wall.

Bargain prices for a competitive resort

Overall it was amazing value for money, with quiet, private rooms, friendly staff and large rooms. It was great that the room came with a massive fridge, and big private balcony. Generally, you get a similar service to nearby swanky resorts at a fraction of the price. Book here and spend the savings at the local restaurants, massages and excursions instead!

Another hotel is being built out the back - so it was a little noisy at times. We didn't buy the breakfast, and from what we saw that was wise - it doesn't look that great value for money compared to what's around (although other hotel things, like massage, are very well priced).

Wonderful Holiday at Hotel and Surin - disappointed in beach!

The supposedly 5min walk to the beach? Took much longer with a lot of steps down to beach, opposite Hotel. Then disappointed that there were no loungers and umbrellas to hire. We were not able to sit on sand!

Great experience for low price during off-season in Phuket. Satisfied.

Very clean rooms, new towels every day, super friendly and helpful staff, had some problems with uncomfortable bed but they changed our room to better one, was really surprised. Just few minutes walk to beach, hotel gives free towels to take out. A lot of good places to eat nearby. Best value for this price. We didn't had included breakfast, but I suggest eating on one of 3 nearby places since it's really cheap and a lot of food choices.

Nothing bad about hotel, but there were a construction site 10 meters away.

Very spacious, bright and nicely furnished room and clean swimming pool.

The breakfest service was horrible. You mainly get toast bread, saussages and eggs. Hot meals finish around 9 and are not refilled. Worst experience I had in Thailand.
